Description
This category contains biomarker data.For the second release, two versions of the biomarker data are available - one containing the raw biomarker values (Category 22), and a further dataset containing 'recalibrated' values (Category 23). In this additional dataset, variation in biomarkers due to inter-spectrometer variation (i.e. due to different NMR analyser machines used) was removed following the approach taken by other large biobanks where samples were processed by multiple NMR instruments (e.g. UK Biobank). Further detail can be found in the companion document - Resource 105.
