Genetic principal components were estimated from genome-wide genotype data using the bigsnpr framework (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32415959/) applied to a set of unrelated MCPS participants. Related individuals were subsequently projected into the same principal component space using the Online Augmentation, Decomposition and Procrustes (OADP) algorithm.
